Food and Catering
The food children eat at school plays an important role in their wellbeing, and eating a well balanced diet will not only maintain and improve their health, but will also set them on the right track for later life. We understand this and that’s why we are passionate about serving fresh, high quality and locally sourced food that is cooked in our kitchen.
Wherever possible we use eggs from the College chickens as well as herbs and vegetables grown by the Horticulture students. We also cook delicious meals for our federated Primary Schools and you may see us driving up and down Burford Road at lunch time.
Catering at Carterton Community College is provided by Aspens, experts in school catering with years of experience when it comes to school food. If you have any concerns, special dietary requirements or have a question about our menus – please get in touch.
