Our senior leadership team each bring a wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise to their role and to the college. The team come from a variety of backgrounds and work tirelessly to enable the college deliver its mission to be ambitious, responsible and kind.
Mr Chris Hart
Governing Body term of office: ex officio
Chris is our Interim Headteacher. He has many years experience in school leadership in the local area and is currently on secondment from the Marlborough CofE School in Woodstock.
Mr Peter Almgill
Peter is responsible for all the financial and operational aspects of the College. He joined the school in 2014 after a very distinguished career in the BBC. The college benefits from Peter’s strategic thinking and flexibility.
Mr Ed Brodhurst
Ed has the responsibility of moving forward teaching and learning at the college. He is passionate about developing a coaching and mentoring system that supports teachers in sharing good practice. Ed has had a variety of roles in the past but his knowledge of T&L and assessment is now driving the school towards outstanding. Ed can usually be found on the climbing wall as he is also our qualified member of staff.

As well as being an Assistant Headteacher, Neil is also Head of Sixth Form with the responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Sixth Form, the academic progress and pastoral welfare of the Sixth Form students and the operation of the Sixth Form centre. He is also responsible for the College curriculum and learning pathways.
Miss Sarah Zasada
Sarah is our head of pastoral and as such has the responsibility for school behaviour, safety and student welfare. She leads an outstanding team of caring professionals that go above and beyond to ensure students fulfill and exceed their potential. There isn’t any barrier that can’t be overcome by her tenacity and passion for student well being.
