Committee Structure

The Governing Board meets a minimum of 3 times per year as a Full Governing Board. However, the Governors also hold other meetings that allow them to scrutinise and support the work of the school in more detail. Jonathan Smith is the Clerk to the Governing Board and is responsible for preparation of the agendas and minutes. He also advises the Governors on the matters at hand and co-ordinates the business of governance. Jonathan also works for Oxfordshire County Council Governor Services.
